Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing machine shop based out of the Mark, IL, area in search of a skilled CNC operator to join the expanding team! This is a paid weekly overnight position that offered benefits! The ideal candidate must come with CNC skillsets.

Schedule:
- Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:00am. Overnight positions!
Job Duties:
- Operating CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centers
- Loading raw metal parts into machines and unloading finished parts
- Monitoring machine operation for defects or malfunctions
- Measuring finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Performing quality checks to ensure parts meet tolerances/specifications
- Making basic machine offsets and tooling adjustments
- Changing tooling or inserts when worn
- Deburring parts and removing sharp edges or excess material
- Performing minor machine maintenance such as oiling and cleaning
- Following safety procedures and keeping the work area organized
- Reporting machine issues to supervisors or team leaders
- Documenting production and inspection results
