Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Morris, IL that is actively seeking skilled and reliable general laborers. This position involves consistent heavy lifting in a dusty environment, so candidates must be physically capable and dependable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispense raw materials and monitor the production process
• Dump 100-pound bags into wheelbarrows and transport to processing machines
• Operate processing equipment to mix product
• Repackage finished product into 8-pound bags and boxes
• Palletize boxed product for shipping
• Perform quality checks and basic product testing
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment
• Operate forklifts (if certified)
• Assist with packaging and preparing goods for shipment

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs)
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings preferred
• Ability to work in dusty environments
• Reliable and punctual
• Forklift experience is a plus
