Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays required (mandatory during peak demand)
• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
• Type: Full-time, long-term opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

• Bagging large quantities of fertilizer
• Consistent heavy lifting and physical labor
• Working in a dusty/dirty environment
• Maintaining a strong pace and work ethic throughout long shifts
• Ensuring worksite cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

• Ability to perform manual labor in physically demanding conditions
• Comfortable with dirty, dusty environments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Steel-toe boots required
